How can I exchange my Medits for IMVU Credits?

I am fairly new, but I know if you buy something from don alpa dom (I think that is his user) than 500 medits equals a dollar. So if somebody like him is selling so that you can use a medit transaction that would be how. And a dollar won’t get you a lot of credits.

was wondering as I have lots of imvu credits, it is possible to trade them for items here? at the moment with all that's going on in real with corona and no job, this is the only way for awhile I could buy things here,
