The only way the watchbot will work is when IMVU posts videos up. It'll probably take a while but, like Rockboy said, there are other ways. Just check them out in the approved methods section under Free Credits.
Maybe you should develop a good relationship with someone who would do such a thing - but then again, you would just be using the person.
