Im still not sure if I should buy it or not. I have read this White Hat Activities Page

there were a few very informational threads on it but no idea what I will be doing that may require actually using those step by step methods. If you can PM any details of the actually activities, that would be really helpful.

Do White hat access or VIP is only for IT person?

They are both pretty equal as far as extra content goes. White Hat access is more technical.
