Normally if one of the sites administrators or moderators remove a post you have created it will take Medits from you. Even if you where apart of a verbal disagreement and post got cleaned up, That's normally the reason to negative credits. Id contact @DataMine or @Don Von Alpha Dom if you think it was a mistake.

I wanted to buy the program again but it does not let me download it I tried it twice and it does not work I lost my credits and I will not try to download it

I refunded you again.

Do you have an anti virus running or Windows Defender? Both things would block the download.
