A chkn file is the product file you upload to IMVU through create mode.

You don't, you make it by creating a product in any of the supported 3d editors (sketchup, 3ds max, etc), loading the assets in create mode and saving.

i can't download it it always tell me You need more Mafia Credits in order to download this file and i do need that tool

Programs cost 200 medits to download. You earn medits by logging in daily. Each daily login earns you 75 medits.

You can also earn medits by posting on the forums. Every post, reply, and new topic earns you a decent number of medits. New topics earn double medits.
