You can get it, either by creating a product, either by extracting a product with mafia's programs (T3DE or MPR). Honestly, I'm using both and I'm satisfied with them.

I'm curious on how this works, will someone go step by step on how to earn the merits for this, as well as how it actually works

u can earn medit's a lot of different ways. some of these ways are; replying to post, creating threads, login-in rewards. that is a few there are many other ways. I'll suggest taking a look @ points.php?mode=info for more info and a better understanding.

PS: this was not listed but is also a option to earn medits by playing the lottery: points.php?mode=lottery
