took me a minute to find my logs because they were in a different location than listed. If anyone else has this problem use

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\IMVU

I need help with the program, im trying to get the chat logs from my laptop when i crashed from imvu, 2 hours ago, can someone help me please, i have the program on my laptop and the files i have is IMVULog log 1-5 with Type 1-5 file

Is there an instructional video on how to use this program? I read all 3 methods but I don't even know where to find my IMVU log files. When I click 'Run' it just says "DONE! Now close me"-- nothing else.
