I use Sandboxie all the time because when I need two people to take product pictures, I run them both on one machine. Slick and easy.
About the IP's.....I have a bazillion alt accounts and only on the first six (even with different signup IP's) can you get the discount VIP for a month which gives you your name, 5,000 credits and all.....then you cancel before the month is over and you're ahead by quite a bit. But on any more than six accounts, you can't, unless there's a way I don't know of, get that VIP at the 99 cent rate. Can't gift it either.
