Thank you for contacting IMVU.
I wish you are doing great today! I appreciate your effort in reaching us. It's nice to have responsible users like you around. No worries; let me help you the best way I can.
We want to take action. To do this, we need to have proper evidence of the abusive behavior. This is where responsible users, such as you, play a critical role in helping maintain the safety of the community. We need your help in reporting the user using our standard reporting mechanisms.
Remember: We can only take action against a user if he/she has been reported with the use of IMVU reporting tools which are available within the IMVU community. Unfortunately, we cannot accept copy and pasted messages/chats in text format or screen shots.
No need to worry, action will be taken against the accused as soon as your report has been reviewed and validated.
Again, IMVU does not tolerate this behavior. Please do report someone violating the Terms Of Service using the flagging tool and Customer Service will take care of the rest for you.
Thank you for your cooperation.
For more reference, you might want to visit our improved Knowledge Base for a collection of articles that could answer your IMVU questions at http://www.imvu.com/help or by clicking "Help"at any homepage.
Kind regards,
Jojo

I charge a ridiculous price, I run full background checks on everyone involved (make sure the guilty is in fact guilty), and I make whoever wants it wait a week before I will accept their money. The way I see it, if you are not willing to spend a shit ton of money for an entire week ... then something as black hat flavored and evil as disabling someone should not be an option ... and even then it better be for a good cause. Most people change their mind after having to wait a week. If a customer does not change their mind ... then the target is usually pretty serious and is breaking enough of IMVU's TOS that I can get rid of them within 3 - 4 weeks of monitoring.
