Temporary Banned By someone from IMVU

Hello, i need help, there was someone who uses a certain program to Block me from using IMVU for 15 mins.
I cant access it inside 15 mi

yes sir, even i rebooted my router, or reinstall the app

IMVU has a throttle on failed logins to prevent brute force h4c|<s. If someone tries to login to your account with the wrong password too many times, IMVU inc temp bans the account for 15 minutes ... to prevent brute force attacks. The account will become accessible again within 15 minutes after the attacker stops trying to login to your account with a wrong password.

oh okay sir thank you, so that was it, so how am i suppose to avoid him logging into my account so that i can be banned?

He is not logging into your account. He is doing failed logins with an incorrect password.

You can file a ticket with IMVU customer support, and they will ban his IP ... but all he has to do is use a proxy to start doing it again.

There is no real way to stop it. Just wait for him to get tired and find a new target. There is a limit to how many people he can do it to at the same time.

Hello Sir Don, this guy done it again, i think he messed up with my internet network,since whenever we open imvu app its says check your network, whereas the internet is working well on other apps except imvu app, then our network begins to slow down, idk what to do
