Last Sunday (02-10-13) I have gotten an email stating that my account that I have had for almost two years now was permanently banned for that I misrepresented my age when I created my account, I submitted a help ticket right away.
A team person replied within a few hours, stating what the email already told me. I then asked if she could tell me what was the evidence that they had , she then stated that , I have fully checked your account. I apologize but we cannot disclose any further information regarding the investigation that we made. Please know that your account underwent thorough research before reaching this decision. Unfortunately, this decision is final and can no longer be appealed.
I had then stated ,Thank you for responding back to me but I am still confused with your answer, I at no time understated my age, how can this matter be final if I have never submitted legal proof of age, you can see by the amount of money I've spent on credits and other stuff that I am a avid game player and I request a chance for this matter to be reviewed again.
Then today answering that statement she tells me ,I have fully reviewed our records to verify the information. And upon checking, I found that this was due to a major violation of the IMVU Terms of Service.
do feel your eagerness with getting your account back. However, our policy must be strictly implemented. We apologize for there are no other details available at this time, but your account will no longer be reactivated.
The only thing is I know I had only 4 violations regarding a totally different issue! Witch the issue was that some people couldn't handle to what I was saying them in chat rooms and reported me.
I know people who have more than 10 and still have their accounts. I know people who had at least 20 of them and was only banned for a week tops.
I don't know what you guys can do for me since they hate me for some reason.
