3) If the material is good, then the ratings will continue going up as real people notice them.

EDIT: Can somebody explain the following ad? What is an eminent backlink pyramid, edu and gov, different PR tiers, alexa rank? For 5 dollars it seems interesting enough.
"I will blast an eminent backlink pyramid (EBP) consisting of 300 Site about PR 4+ among which there're varied from 10 to 20 edu / gov randomly in tier 1 and then 4700 profiles built to 300 high site PR links above-mentioned as tier 2. all from different domains about 90% dofollow publicly viewable, good seo for youtube(not views, commets or direct traffic)new buyer if u have any question free to ask,not alexa rank, dont accept PORN,GAMBLING SITES!"

That is what manual google bombing is for: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=6988&hilit=bombing
Do it legit and build your backlinks manually one by one.

I won't question your knowledge about wordpress, but they aren't all alike. Wordpress delivers interested people the possibility to have their free blog site, including free host and a generated domain. That's why they're so popular and widely spread. But if you wish to generate any revenue from your site, you need to host WordPress on your own domain. You cannot use a free hosted WordPress blog due to theconditions that they impose in their FAQ.
• AdSense, Yahoo, Chitika and other ads are not permitted.
• Sponsored / paid posts including PayPerPost and ReviewMe are not permitted.
• Sponsored / paid links are not permitted.
• Text ads are not permitted.
A real wordpress site on the other hand has these things implemented making it real easy to make cash off ads.
