I think he is referring too the 10k botnet DDoS
It's used too take out popular sites mostly.. it is a very nice toy for attacking sites you hate cause the magnitude it drops on them.. is just laughable! but yea there I explained =)

I use to use Urgent Booter. You have to buy it though. Not sure if it still works though. Could give it a shot.
