Need Help! ASAP!

Ok, apparently, sometime last week was my birthday. So, my mom allowed me to buy the IMVU Fun Pack (10,000 credits & IMVU Avi Name Registration). This was before I joined Mafia. Then, just yesterday, my friend gave me a $25 IMVU Prepaid Card. The card gives you 25,000 credits, one special gift, another gift (depending on which place you bought it from) , AND YOUR AVATAR NAME. I just redeemed the card. Could someone PLEASE help me ASAP to change my fun pack order to and order of 15,000 credits, or give me a phone number to call to get a refund?

^^ I doubt they will take you seriously though since a name only costs $1.

...They might refund you with 1000 credits..., if you are lucky.

The phone call might cost more than what you are refunded.

Correction, IMVU VIP comes with name, and the first month of VIP is only 99 cents. No one pays the $20 for the name. Who would do that when you can get it for 99 cents?

The same thing for credits, you can buy them for 50% less from a reseller, and as for bundles..., it is cheaper to just buy each item from the catalog individually.
