@ Ryan: You don't use WinZip for a .rar file, you use WINRAR.

You should be able to find it using torrents or rapidshare.

lol i had to download winrar for extracting this other file and i was just about to post that i got 3ds max to work thank you for that though haha

Does the tutorial work for 3Ds Max 2010 too? coz i am download version 2010 at the moment

I hear everyone talk about how great WinRaR and WinZip, have any of you tried JZip? I find it to be a lot better than WinRaR and WinZip but, that may just be my personal preferance. Though in my opinion it runs a lot more smoothly than WinRaR and no nag screen. http://www.jzip.com/

for anyone that doesn't care for downloading multiple zip/rar programs, I've found Alzip is a great program, it's free and does EVERYTHING
