I got h4c|<7d for no reason

Dear, who ever is going to read this.
My imvu account has be h4c|<7d out of pure random from some dick head and not cus of the free credit link bull shit, so i need help with getting back into my account or ask a h4c|<7r to get into my account to change my password so i can get back in

Did you ever buy anything on IMVU?

Do you still have access to the account's original email address?

Are you the original owner of the account?

Yes i am and i reset the password using my account's e-mail and i got no password reset code.. it's like it doesn't exist and i've bought just clothing and avatars on imvu

Then the h4c|<7r probably changed your account's email address and changed your account's avatar name.
