problem submitting a product

I have faced a problem with submitting a product
I tried to change the number of material of a product ( like changed material 00 to 10) and when I do this change the material didn`t read any texture
what can I do to fix this problem!!

did you try starting over? For example if youre deriving a shirt just derive that shirt again and close the old one that you edited. Maybe it will work if you start over.

Inside of the xmf file, every submesh has a material ID attribute.

Open the xmf file in notepad.

Find every material ID attribute that is set to 00.

For each material ID that is set to 00, set to 10. (replace the "00" with "10")

thank you I tried this in an xmf I have and it worked
I was just editing the debug 2 so the materials disappeared lol
