The website was open for 10 seconds in the 32bit IE but not the 64bit version.

Give it 15-20 seconds.
IE is slow. You have to give it time to crash.

It was doing stuff. Twas refreshing the ads on that page, taking up your bandwidth.
Peer Block blocks my computer from establishing a connection to ad servers. As long as the server ip is on the list anyway.
