Somebody deleted my friend's account

Some guy deleted my friend's IMVU account...
his IP is 188.140.5.27
Can you do something to this guy?
I don't know any ways to scare him...
and to someone who can discover who he is pls send me a pm... i need to discuss something...

yeh just about only thing u could do is doxx em. search>> use domain tools

Did he buy anything on the account? If so what did he use? PM me his avatar name, and his email address.

Yeah, the only way you are going to trace this guy is either through the credit history or IMVU store history.
Follow the money trail.
The ip address will only tell us the location of the person, within a 10 mile radius with even the most accurate gps / lookup tools.
