2) Stalking, harassing, flagging
3) Public rooms and Private chats

He is flagging me and my friends and stalking us. we have asked him to stop but he refuses to. he is threatening us with having IMVU staff friends and is constantly flagging my friends room, for kicking him due to him starting drama. Please please please help None of us want to lose our accounts as we have put so much time and money into them.

If he is sending you messages, or he is joining a room that you are in, Either flag the chat or report the messages.
Other then that, you could Block the person, so they would be unable to invite/message you, and have your friend do the same.

Yes, do as Mew said, have all your friends block and report him.

How do we stop him from flagging our public room. He is flagging it several times an hour?

The server knows a spam report from a normal report... So most likely IMVU is already on the case about it cause IMVU doesn't take kindly to this stuff...
