Go for Registered Mail, that way they have to sign for it, and they can't say they never got it.

I'm a bit slow on the uptake...

Johnny is this a DMCA protection service that you pay for to assist you when a violation has occurred and they monitor other sites? Because i thought its free. The owner of digital art must be the one to file a claim to have whatever removed is what i understood, but im confused.

Would someone please explain because i see these little badges like these everywhere:

Is it even worth adding to my stuff? Or is it just a deterent?

It might be worth it, maybe it'll make some people think twice before stealing. It can't hurt at least.

Just a deterrent. It means the developer knows what a DMCA is ...
