Friend was scammed.

Long story short, a friend of mine was scammed. Went to buy a bm room from someone, when she sent credits, they blocked her. Apparently this is encouraged by IMVU, as help desk said that there was nothing they could do to get those credits back because it is against TOS to get involved in trades or some bullshit. I personally want to hurt this person, but before I do things my way, what are effective ways of teaching thieves a lesson on IMVU? I don't deal with them too often online. Offline I know exactly what to do.

I would wait a few days to see if he delivers. How long has your friend waited for the product?

i disagree trading bm products should be instant on imvu. There is another thing to buy products from you and wait 48 hours. basically all he has to do is gift the thing. personally i send products right after payment or if i don't have credits in that moment i don't take payment until i do. thats how it should work but there are scammers on imvu everywhere both buyers and sellers

as far as i know you could report his acc for bm stuff or try to flag the product

im sure he doesn't have safe products like us :aHappy:

A simple flagging of the product as sexual content should take care of the scammer.

Yes I sold credits to a User who swore to me they sent Me money and never did now Im unsure How to get my credits back but they are hassling me
