In an effort to better education our customers, members and visitors, I have given the Frequently Asked Questions page an updated. I hope this new page is easier to use and provides you with much better support than it's predecessor.


What's New:

The page has been split into 2 columns. On the left you will find a category menu allowing you to navigate the different categories of questions. You will also find another menu here with links to more help & support.


The page has been given a smooth scrolling effect so when you click on one of the category links, the page will scroll nicely to the category over the course of 1 second rather than immediately. This should be more pleasing to the eyes.


The old question icon has been replaced with a chat bubble to better represent that these are questions being asked.


A link icon has been added to the top right of each question that links back t that specific question. Right clicking on it and selecting "copy link location" will allow you to copy the link so you can give it to people who need to know the answer.

Extra spacing has been added around each question so it's easier for your eyes to distinguish between multiple questions. This makes things look less like a wall of text and more like a manageable block of information you can easily digest.

The Frequently Asked Questions page has been updated. The category sorting has been re worked so it now moves the selected to the top of the list rather than scrolling down to it. This should make it easier to use the FAQ.

We've also added the ability to copy FAQ questions and answers by clicking the link on to the right of a question and copying the text from the pop dialog that opens.
