I haven't ever worked with xampp so I don't quite know where to begin with those files. So what I'll do is give you some very specific tutorials regarding XAMPP and connecting to a MySQL database.

XAMPP is a LAMP stack. Same as our server.

if u have excel files that contain data u need, u can export from excel to mysql using php.
my internet so lame rn cant give u some links,
but if u interested, i will find them for u at next post

To be fair though, you started out with a more advanced level of coding. Start with the easier stuff so you can get a feel for the language(s).
