You can set the shortcuts to run as administrator doing this.

Right click the shortcut
Click Properties
In the Shortcut tab, click Advanced
Select the checkbox "Run as administrator"
Click OK,

Sorry wasn't thinking straight I just needed to ask myself how to make something open in admin every time and figured it might help someone out too learn something new
