my t3de produce alot of hkn / xml files only thing thats good is the png files which is editable

i cant open these other files in imvu any one know how to get dem in create mode in imvu and safely UPLOAD DEM?

So what you're asking for is a basic tutorial on using create mode.

also just looking for a stright foward short answer im planing on selling rips but people ask me how they will upload these file like in my question ( hkn / xml) i just want to know

how do i reupload these files because if i click open local these file types dont show so what am i to tell people who buy mesh from me when they ask how to use the mesh they buy

You upload a chkn by clicking "open local project". You upload a mesh file by deriving a new product and clicking the add xmf button.

I suggest learning the basics of Create Mode before trying to get into selling assets. You're gonna get a lot of questions and complaints from people and you're gonna need to know how to respond.
