I think Most are thinking that they can get anything that someone else has Derived and try to rip the textures from them so they can use them as thier own. As Stated here it will rip from what you have dev'd only. So the textures you are ripping you already have. Now if you are able to dev off of someones completed items and make them your own then those will be pulled into your collection.

I Dl'd from the tab and when I go to open the file it comes up my virus detection quarentins the program as being stated as such threat: WIn32:Malware-gen

This is common for my programs largely due to me not paying Microsoft money to "sign" my programs on Windows.

Just disable your anti-virus and/or white-list my program.
