Depends on who it is or what they look like. If 'ewww', then I'd try to ignore it and keep on walking/driving. [-X

If 'yummy', then I'd be doing a double take saying 'Oh hellooooo" (which I've been caught doing a couple times in the car...but shhhh). :-$
