Has anyone else ever gotten an IMVU message from a disabled account? A user with a XXXX_diabled_yyyyyyyyy account has sent me 6 messages over the last 2 days! I am able to respond but the answers I get back don't seem to be responses to my messages. Checking the Bio Generator confirms the account is disabled so how is this person even able to send messages? I doubt IMVU allowed a XXXX_disabled_yyyyyyyyy name - lol.
IMVU also deletes the messages fairly quickly without any action from me. I only saw the first ones because I get email notification of them. When I then checked, they weren't in my inbox or on the web page.
Since I was online today, I saw them hit my inbox and then disappear as if they were never there. Bizarre or what?

I think its because they are messages from people that try to h4c|< your account and steal your credits, they send those messages to more users and get reported and disabled before you see the messages.
When i get messages like that i flag them right away and i have noticed (does depend on what time you flag) that imvu disable those accounts pretty fast and you see a message from a disabled account.

That's part of what I find strange. I actually can pull up this profile and message back with no errors.

Makes perfect sense and it's what I thought too at first but like I said, two days later and I'm still getting messages from this disabled account.

Yeah, I am going to ignore or flag and block if I get anymore. Was really just wondering if being messaged from a disabled account was a normal occurrence since I've never had that happen before.

Are you sure its the same account? Maybe the names look alike as i got more accounts and sometimes i get them on one from (example names) XI Hello IX and other account i got XI Hello XI like the I and X are switched.

Im getting same issue messages from disabled accts in my inbox and friend requests from disabled accts random every few days so idk whats going on.I cant ask Imvu as I bought this acct so not want to take chance of getting to many questions

I block everyone that sends too hoping puts end to the disabled account messages at some point.good luck mate hope it stops for you too

its crap delete and forget about them

yes i had a few. they all wanted to sell me creds it seem fishy as all fuck. i had about 4 of them so far.
