If all you need is a body, the default avatar models are available in IMVU's creator center.

I want a specific body which is the RLL Blender file but my problem is there is no way to open .xmf files

If you decompile the xmf file into raw XML, then you can open it in Notepad++ or pay someone to convert it into a 3ds file.
