In theory imvu doesn't load all the cache at startup, but when it does compare an actual resource with the cache files it has more to search, I didn;t have any issues until now.
The main issue on my side was always the space it takes on my windows partition that I always forget to create big enough to accomodate all I end up saving on i.
@DataMine : I know, I just wanted to mention that if I would actually pay attention to imvu , your cache delete tool would be enough to keep everything fine and working permanently and I wouldn;t need artifices of this nature to circumvent my space issues
