I was wondering how someone would go about using these two products when flash no longer works?

Does this debugger still work? I installed it, but I can't find a short-cut to it and I can't find the installation folder for the debugger.

It's not software that you install. The Flash debugger is just a standalone portable exe.

It doesn't load up, no screen/window that the debugger loads into. What am I doing wrong? :-(((
