is there are any app help to see whos in private chat or what they type or massages

There is a program in here that tells you what room they are in, I think it´s called ''Imvu hidden room finder'', that would tell u where they are but idk if it´s working right now...

I have been hearing about such a thing since 2017. I would like to know if it does exist in any form for my own privacy.

Certain rooms that I have been to have a reputation of spying on whispers etc. Is this possible?
