Chat Tracking Programs?

Hello, good day. I’d like to know if there are any programs that are able to track someone who’s in a public or private chat. Also if there is any programs that can show u what is being said in a chat even if you are not in the chat.

i know that u can use programs to see people's room history and outfits...but the actual chats?? no idea o-o would be kinda neat tho ngl lol

It’s really easy but such code never sees the light of day due to how easy it is to abuse it.
