Hey ya Don i register here but i don't understend the step with the banner,who i put that banner?

You have to chose the banner, which you like the best...and you have to put it into your homepage.. (coppy the banner code..and paste it into one of your homepage`s pannels (click "edit" and then click "Edit custom HTML/CSS" and paste into that window the code of banner!)

..and send a private message to Don with the link to your homepage, where he could see the banner.

!!! But actually you should get more posts..like atleast 5

Steps are:
1: Make a account here.
2: Paste a code to my Homepage.
3: PM Don_Von_Free_Credits with my homepage link.
4:Introduce myself.
5: Be helpful .

I made this steps .

Ah yeah...my paypal account... for what?But i don't have a card :-s

I made $75 and sent id to my paypal account . Now i must wait 5 days...Pff...and what i must do now?
