Noob on IMVU can also mean someone who's new to IMVU.

But apparently, having the personality of an imbecile works too..? I don't know.

To many it is a game, but I see it as a normal virtual reality social networking sites, just with the benifit of dressing your avatar and things as such, it is really fun, game or not, it passes time and I am not ashamed to say that I log on to it everyday ^^
