I think its already up, didn't try it personally but everybody say so..
Did you change your location to USA?

I tried the bot, and it didn't work for me, it gives 100 promo credits then stops

Actually it gives 300 and you can use it every 6 hours which means you can take 600 credits per day

The only way the watchbot will work is when IMVU posts videos up. It'll probably take a while but, like Rockboy said, there are other ways. Just check them out in the approved methods section under Free Credits.
