No it's not a vibrator it's an animal injection for ,,yellow rats'' (Pikachu) you stick it right into the animals ass.
Thats Atthew's design so you better not say it's a vibrator it will not be good for your testicles and other organs (btw do rats have testicles?Do they have ,,one eyed snake'' at all?)...(they must have but i think they're to small to be seen by naked eye, microscope maybe...no?Electrical microscope zoomed 1000000000 times...nah i just cant see it...)
