I have downloaded and redownloaded many times, sent in severalhelp tickets, IMVU can't help can anyone here?

I figued, but I thought it was a Vista proble at first, but in the last update they said they fixed a Vista problem, bu tI'm still having the problem that as soon as I start it up it crashes.
