This time, are you certain the countown to the next monthly meeting is the same for everybody and not grabbing time from everyones local clock?

It is still grabbing the time from everone's local clock, but we do not have to worry about the difference in few hours for at least 20 days.

i was going to be at the meeting but i missed it. i dont know if i was supposed to be there or not but my kid decided to run a muck so yeah sorry guys. i'll try to catch the next one.

I missed the meeting on the 18th because I can't tell time. (I can, but goofed.)
Then I missed the first 15 min of the meeting on the 19th because the ARMY called me up for an emergency guard.
Finaly, almost no one showed up for the meeting on the 20th.

Over all though, for it being the first time we have tried to get such a large group of members from all over the world in one place at the same time, we did a damn fine job.

the problem is time
im sure people would show up,
if they knew... what time it was.
everyone here is from diff times zones.
so i suggest that

we could do something sking all members
who participate to tell where they live
and all of us could chip in
to see what time,
in ALLL the zones the meeting would be.
cause i was confused and came lke, a gud 3 hours late.

to do a meeting with multiple time zone is a very hard task to do, but not impossible. I believe some of the best ways would be to set a date and have an whole day thing or assign certain people in different time zones to bring up subjects to talk about.

a person in pac. time., central time, and eastern time. they would have a list of topics from the don that may be urgent, then afterwards message the don with what the group thinks of the subjects. from there the don can simply choose the next action
