When i`m nervous...

listening to music... mhm.. depends on what kind of music. Somtimes music doesnt help much.

mostly.. i try to do the trick with taking your breath and counting till 10 ... it helps.

But.. in every nervous situation... i try to figure out the best way. It means, i think much before doing something, and dont start before i`m sure about myself.

edit: Oh, and btw.. drinking much water helps too.
