use dreamweaver and create a site using html. u dont need to code html just use dreamweaver and it will code for u. then use ftp to upload ur site.

If you are lazy, you can search up free website templates, which will provide you with a base code that you can work with.

To upload pages to your site, use a file handler...like filezilla.

If you have a cpanel, try looking for an icon labeled "auto install". It can add certain functions to your website for you.
