You know there are some companies that let you charge fees on a phone number?

I one time got into a fight with a h4c|<7r who signed me up for 3 extra phone lines (he was able to do this with no more extra information than my phone number), caused my phone bill to be 9 times what it normally is. It took nearly two months to get the money back.
