He got in trouble with mom, she took his credit card and back ordered everything....claimed it stolen.

We have happy news.

We heard yesterday that the payments have been returned to us and so
we will be able to request re-enablement of the account; in view of
this we do not require repayment of the credits.

I will email IMVU, but please note there will be no one there until Monday.

I'm glad to hear of this news, I'm posting this about a week after I saw the post to tell you I still can not log-in, why? how long will this un-disabling process take?

File a help ticked with IMVU and tell them that the re-seller got her money.

I was thinking, maybe its the other credit seller, IMVUX. Maybe they haven't gotten there money/credits yet, or don't know it yet, and because of that I'm still being disabled.

I'm starting to get impatient and upset, how long will they take, I want to get back on IMVU again so bad.
