Create rooms without VIP

hello, so, a few days ago I went to a room and the owner was a Guest and non VIP.. is there a way to create public rooms without VIP? If yes, how?

Either they have AP,
Or they Created a room with Neither an AP or VIP Owner,Like i went into a While ago.
I honestly don't know how they did it.
Probably an Old exploit that doesn't Work now.
Oh,And if their Name was Registered they might have Got VIP,Made the room,then Lost VIP.
Then the room will Still exist.

@rain , but i guess if someone lost VIP he/she wouldnt become be A ( Guest_ ) again , like had vip and expired without renewing and still nonguest, thats what i think am not sure

No, when you buy VIP it at least says you GET your name, so you shouldn't have the guest_ tag anymore even if you don't renew the VIP.
And it might be that the room was made in a old version of IMVU and this trick can't be used anymore, or he/she had AP, or some random IMVU bundle to give him/her the room.

The only soluction I see is the old version of IMVU. It's so unfair god :doubt:
